New Client Registration

We need clients to complete a basic registration form to use our services. This can be done in any of our branches or online.

  • Registration is mandatory for all clients who wish to use our services
  • You can make bookings immediately after completing this form, however, you must complete an ID check (Photo ID & Proof of address) and training on your first booking.
  • You only need to register once, after this you can submit a booking request online, by telephone and in the branch.
  • Our Health and Safety training takes around 20 minutes and can be scheduled with your first booking
  • We have Scooters, Power Chairs and Manual Wheel Chairs available for hire
  • You do not need to be registered disabled to use our services
  • Once you are registered you can use any of our other services
